Delivery

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery is free islandwide for all orders above S$100.
  • For orders below S$100, a delivery fee of S$12 applies.

Delivery Timeslots

For your convenience, we offer three delivery time slots every Wednesday/Saturday:

  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

The cut-off time is 9:00 AM 1 day before delivery.　

Cold Chain Delivery

  • All orders are delivered through our trusted cold chain partner to ensure your frozen items stay properly chilled throughout delivery.
  • Our delivery team will contact you directly to confirm arrangements.
  • Please make sure someone is available to receive the order during your chosen timeslot.
  • A re-delivery fee may apply if no one is available at the address.

Upon Receiving Your Order

  • Please check your items and quantity upon delivery and ensure they remain well frozen.
  • If there are any issues, kindly contact us on the same day for assistance.

Storage & Heating Guide

Keep every flavour at its best.

  • Store your frozen meals in the freezer at –18°C or below.
  • When you’re ready to enjoy, simply heat them up and bring the warmth back to your table.
  • Heating suggestions：Please refer to the instructions on the packaging for the best heating method.
  • Avoid refreezing once thawed, and consume soon after heating for the best taste.
